As a Northerner you can set an appointment at your convenience for a free consultation by telephone, instead of meeting a Trustee in person.

The Trustee who speaks with you will go over all of the details of your situation over the telephone and discuss the options available to you.  If you decide to file a Proposal or Bankruptcy, documents will be sent to you to be signed and witnessed in your home community.  Then the documents are sent back to us to be filed with the Official Receiver.

In addition the two financial counseling sessions, which are required in both a Proposal and a Bankruptcy, can be done by telephone.

Call us at 1- 800 - 463 - 8371 to set up an appointment for your free, confidential initial assessment by telephone.  The initial assessment does not commit you to any action; it simply provides the information that you need in order to make a decision.
